PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Our support includes an initial strategy session, an incredible fulfillment team to support the creation of your event,  the opportunity for touch-base calls if needed, and a glorious project management system. You will also receive ongoing guidance and support around your project, overall business vision, and leadership by me in our communication channel (text and voice messages).

 

TECHNICAL SETUP.

My team and I are extremely proficient in setting up the technical aspect of virtual summits (and so much more) including domain/subdomain management, web hosting, SSL (security), and setting up all the aspects of a WordPress website, as well as the other systems we may integrate to support the project, including payment platforms and autoresponders. We are happy to help you to fully understand your email program so that you can be empowered to sending nurturing emails to them whenever you want.

We’re extremely experienced in the creation of free and paid funnels, so whether you are looking for something basic or something extra, we’re here to listen, advise and create!

We will setup your speaker’s tracking links so that we can measure everyone’s promotional efforts, and are happy to empower you to learn that process as well.

We will discover the most strategic upgrade opportunity for your audience before/during the event, while also taking into consideration before the event what you intend to enroll them into after the summit, so that we can weave an intentional golden thread throughout the process.

We’re happy to support you in setting up and optimizing your Zoom account (or other event/recording software, if you have or desire another platform).

With our technical skillset, if we encounter any technical problems (or emergencies) during the summit process, which is always possible because of evolving technology and the way they interact, we are here to discover and implement the best solutions we can.

 

DESIGN.

If you have branding in place for your business, we’re happy to work with your branding to ensure everything we create is in alignment. If you don’t already have branding in place or a banner designed for your event, we will work with you to create a beautiful banner, which is the premise of the design scheme we will use throughout the summit.

We will also design coordinating graphics, including social media promotional graphics for all your speakers to use during their promotions. The pages and emails will be designed beautifully and professionally, because we are passionate about summits being a branded experience for your audience and speakers.

 

SPEAKER MANAGEMENT.

Our team supports with managing your speakers once you’ve enrolled them into the event, starting with a professional onboarding experience to welcome them into the event, communicating with them what we need and following up consistently, supporting them with whatever they need, arranging their interview time (if you haven’t already), communicating the Zoom access information and expectations.

We also have an excellent process to collect the speakers’ content, and a wonderful and professional way to deliver the promotional materials to the speakers. We obtain their committed promotion dates, monitor their participation, follow up with speakers on promotional activity to ensure they promote sufficiently before the event, and working with you to ensure we meet the goal of speakers promoting as committed. We will help you to understand the speakers’ promotional efforts/participation throughout the summit promotional period, and if you want, empower you to find this information on demand if and when you desire. Once the event is over, we send each speaker their video segment after the replay has completed.

If you haven’t already obtained all your speakers and are seeking support in this area, we do offer an upgrade to receive support with the research, outreach, and enrollment process.

 

AUDIENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your audience may have questions and requests throughout the experience, so we are here to support them! From the minute we go live with promotions, we’re managing your inbox with emails and requests that come in from subscribers, supporting them in buying VIP, troubleshooting with them with technical questions that come up for them.

 

LIVE EVENT SUPPORT.

If your summit is live, we provide live summit support in the Zoom room, including recording the event, admitting and managing the attendees, keeping an eye on the inbox while you’re hosting, ensuring the speakers show up at their scheduled time, spotlighting and unspotlighting the speakers to ensure the most professional recording after the event, as well as support with any advanced zoom features as required (including music, screen-sharing, breakout rooms, etc). We also share links to the speakers’ pages in the chat and engage with the audience, answering their questions, and pasting agreed-upon scripts during the event (for example, VIP upgrade opportunities or other opportunities to continue in your customer journey).

 

POST-SUMMIT SETUP.

If your summit is live, we process the full-day recording into individual interview segments.

Once the summit is over, we will prepare and send the replay (if you’re including a free replay period) as well as the VIP access delivery.

We will also support you in creating content for the survey, which we prepare and send, and empower you to access those results to support you in creating your next steps.

Finally, we convert the summit funnel and autoresponder into an ongoing, evergreen free gift, which allows visitors to register (to continue to grow your list) as well as provide them with an opportunity to buy your VIP offer.
